2024 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधसूचिा कहा गया ह)ै , द्वारा उक्त अजधसचू िा से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम को मध्य प्रििे राज्य के जिवाड़ी जिल े म ें जविेष रेल पररयोििा अर्ाात ् ‘‘झासाँ ी-खरै ार-माजिकपरु एव ं खरै ार-भीमसिे रेल लाईि िोहरीकरण पररयोििा (411 दकमी)” के जिष्पािि, अिुरक्षण, प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के प्रयोिि के जलए अपेजक्षत है, ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के जलए अपिे आिय की घोषणा की गई र्ी; और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20क के उपधारा (4) के अजधि िजै िक समाचार पत्रों अर्ाात ् ”अमर उिाला, जहन्द्िस्ट्ु ताि एवं टाईम्स ऑफ इजण्डया” म ेंदििांक 28 दिसम्बर 2024 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा; और कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं हुआ, सक्षम प्रजधकारी द्वारा तद्िुसार आिेि पाररत कर दिए गए ह,ैं 657 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) के अिुसरण म ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी ररपोटा प्रस्ट्तुत कर िी ह;ै अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी; और यह दक केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (2) के अिुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से मक्तु होकर केन्द्रीय Organization)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 27th January, 2025 S.O. 458(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the ministry of Railways (North Central Railway, Construction Department), Notification Number S.O. 5518(E), dated the 21th December 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 21th December 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11th of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project namely “Jhansi-Khairar-Manikpur & Khairar-Bhimsen Railway Doubling Project (411 km)” in the District of Niwari in the State of Madhya Pradesh; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely, “Amar Ujala, Hindustan & Times of India” dated 28 December 2024 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act. And whereas, No objection was received and the same has been considered by the Competent Authority accordingly order has been passed; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
