S.O. 2373(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the Table below as ‘competent authority’ to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of
“Proposed linear connectivity taking off from Biradhwal Railway Station upto M/s Shree Cement Limited, Gati Shakti
Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (District Sri Ganganagar)” in the state of Rajasthan relating to sub division mentioned in
column (3), District mentioned in column (4) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance,
management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
