No. 2563(E), dated 31.07.2020, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section(ii), namely: i. Point 1 of notes after Table 1 shall stand revised as under:- 1. The fee to be levied and collected hereunder shall be due and payable at the Fee plaza for net road length specified for such fee plaza(s) namely:- Table 2 Location of Fee plaza (chainage) Length (in Km) for Rate at which fee is payable which fee is payable At Km. 20.232 Design chainage of 21.850 100% of the base rate mentioned in Table 1 NH-23 near village Patracholi in of notification of the Government of India Ranchi district of Jharkhand in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways bearing S.O. No. 2563(E) dated 31.07.2020 ii. Para 9 shall be revised as under:- The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 229.69 crores. [The capital cost is subjected to variation as the activities of the land acquisition, Utility Shifting, tree cutting, etc. are yet to be completed and the final capital cost will be notified separately]. The authority shall maintain the record of the recovery of capital cost, the fee leviable shall be reduced to 40% of the rates and shall be revised annually in accordance with the said rules. [F.
