S.O. 4249(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas published vide S.O. No. 294 (E), dated 15th January 2021 published in the Extra ordinary Gazette of
India dated 21st January, 2021 as under namely,
In the Said Notification at Page No.51 in English Schedule, in respect of Village Aranay, the Khasra No.2094
the mentioned area 00-15-52 should be deleted and should be read as Khasra No. 2094 and its area 00-15-62.
