र्ा (ख) जिसने अपने पजत र्ा अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकर्ा ह ै र्ा जववाह की संजविा की है उि पि पर जनर्ुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा : परन्त ु र्दि केन्रीर् सरकार का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्र् पिकार को लाग ू स्ट्वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेर् ह ैऔर ऐसा करने के जलए अन्र् यधार ह ैंतो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतना से छूट िे सकेगी I 5. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि.-िहां केन्रीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ै दक ऐसा करना यवश्र्क र्ा समीचीन ह,ै वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वग ा र्ा प्रवग ा के व्यजिर्ों की बाबत, यिेि द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी I 6. व्यावजृ त्त.-इन जनर्मों की कोई बात, ऐसे यरिण, यर्ु–सीमा में छूट और अन्र् ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केंरीर् सरकार द्वारा िारी दकए गए यिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन्र् जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्र् जविेष प्रवग ाके व्यजिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह ै I अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पिों की सख्ं र्ा वगीकरण वते न मरै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर चर्न अर्वा अचर्न पि (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) बहुकार्ाकारी कमाचारीवृन्ि 14* (2023) साधारण केंरीर् वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-1 लाग ू नहीं सेवा, समूह ‘ग’, होता (*कार्ाभार के (18,000-56,900/- अरािपजत्रत यधार पर रूपर्)े अननुसजचवीर् पररवतान दकर्ा िा सकता ह ै) सीध ेभती दकए िान ेवाल े सीध ेभती दकए सीध ेभती दकए पररवीिा अवजध, भती की व्यजिर्ों के जलए यर्–ु सीमा िान ेवाल े िान ेवाल ेव्यजिर्ों र्दि कोई हो I पद्धजत : भती व्यजिर्ों के जलए के जलए जवजहत सीधी होगी र्ा अपजे ित िजै िक यर् ुऔर िजै िक प्रोन्नजत द्वारा और अन्र् अहता ाएँ प्रोन्नत र्ा अहता ाएँ व्यजिर्ों की ििा प्रजतजनर्जु ि म ेंलाग ूहोंगी र्ा र्ा यमले न नहीं द्वारा तर्ा जवजभन्न पद्धजतर्ों द्वारा भरी िान े वाली ररजिर्ों की प्रजतितता (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) यर्ु 18 स े 25 वषा के बीच दकसी मान्र्ता लागू नहीं होता िो वषा सीधी भती प्राप्त बोड ा से द्वारा रटप्पण 1 : यर्-ु सीमा मैररकुलेिन र्ा अवधाररत करने के जलए समतुल्र् जनणाार्क तारीख भारत म ें अभ्र्र्र्ार्ों से यवेिन प्राप्त[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 करन े के जनर्त की गई अंजतम तारीख होगी I न दक वह अंजतम तारीख िो असम, मेघालर्, अरुणाचल प्रिेि, जमिोरम, मजणपुर, नागालैंड, जसदिम, िम्म-ू कश्मीर राज्र् के लद्दाख खंड, जहमाचल प्रिेि के लाहौल और स्ट्पीजत जिले तर्ा चम्बा- जिले के पांगी उपखण्ड सघं ीर् िेत्र अंिमान और जनकोबार द्वीप समूह और संघीर्िेत्र लिद्वीप,लद्दाख,िम्मू–कश्मीर के अभ्र्र्र्ार्ों के जलए जवजहत की गई ह ैI रटप्पण 2 : रोिगार कार्ाालर् के माध्र्म से की िाने वाली भती की ििा में यर्-ु सीमा अवधाररत करने के जलए जनणाार्क तारीख वह अंजतम तारीख होगी जिस तक रोिगार कार्ाालर् स े नाम भेिने के जलए कहा गर्ा ह ैI रटप्पण 3 : सीधी भती की ििा म ें यर्-ु सीमा अवधाररत करने के जलए कमाचारी चर्न यर्ोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की िाएगी I प्रोन्नजत र्ा प्रजतजनर्जु ि/यमले न द्वारा भती की ििा म,ें व े श्रजे णर्ा ँजिनस े र्दि जवभागीर् प्रोन्नजत भती करन ेम ें प्रोन्नजत र्ा प्रजतजनर्जु ि/यमले न दकर्ा िाएगा सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी दकन सरं चना पररजस्ट्र्जतर्ों म ेंसघं लोक सवे ा यर्ोग स े परामि ादकर्ा िाएगा (11) (12) (13) लाग ूनहीं होता समूह ‘ग‘ जवभागीर् पुजष्ट लागूनहीं होता सजमजत (पुजष्ट के संबंध में जवचार करने के जलए जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत होंगे – 1. संर्ुि जनिेिक, वन्र्िीव अपराध4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जनर्ंत्रण ब्र्ूरो.........अध्र्ि; 2. उपजनिेिक/ िेत्रीर् उप जनििे क, वन्र्िीव अपराध जनर्ंत्रण ब्र्ूरो.........सिस्ट्र् 3. सहार्क जनिेिक, वन्र्िीव अपराध जनर्ंत्रण ब्र्ूरो.........सिस्ट्र् 4. अवर सजचव (एफ ई) पर्ाावरण, वन और िलवार्ु पररवतान मंत्रालर्........सिस्ट्र् [ई. सं.189107, फा. सं.9-4/2022-एफई] बी. यर. मीना, अवर सजचव MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd November, 2023 G.S.R. 822(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau Multi Tasking Staff Group ‘C’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2014 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (Multi-Tasking Staff) Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.-The number of the posts, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule. 4. Disqualification.-No person, (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Note 2 : In case of recruitment made through Employment Exchange, the crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the last date upto which the Employment Exchange is asked to submit the names.
