सा.का.जन. 821(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत संजवधान के अनच्ु छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए,
वन्र्िीव अपराध जनर्ंत्रण ब्र्ूरो (तकनीकी सहार्क) भती जनर्म, 2009 को िहां उनका संबंध तकनीकी सहार्क पि से ह,ै
उन बातों के जसवार् अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्ांत से पूवा दकर्ा गर्ा ह ै र्ा करने का लोप दकर्ा गर्ा ह,ै
वन्र्िीव अपराध जनर्ंत्रण ब्र्ूरो, पर्ाावरण, वन और िलवार्ु पररवतान मंत्रालर्, में तकनीकी सहार्क के पि पर भती की
पद्धजत का जवजनर्मन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनात ेह,ैं अर्ाात ् :-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.–(1) इन जनर्मों का संजिप्त नाम वन्र्िीव अपराध जनर्ंत्रण ब्र्रू ो, तकनीकी सहार्क (समूह ‘ग’
पि) भती जनर्म, 2023 ह ै I
(2) र् ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंग े I
2. पि की सख्ं र्ा, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर.-उि पि की संख्र्ा, उसका वगीकरण और इसमें संलग्न वेतन
मैररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा िो इन जनर्मों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िष्टा ह ै I
3. भती की पद्धती, आर्-ु सीमा और अन्र् अहता ाएं इत्र्ादि.–भती की पद्धती, आर्-ु सीमा, अहता ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्र्
बातें वे होंगी िो पूवोि अनुसचू ी के स्ट्तंभ (5) स े स्ट्तंभ (13) में जनर्िष्टा ह ैंI

4. जनरहता ा.–वह व्यजि -
(क) जिसन े ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत र्ा जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत ह,ै जववाह दकर्ा ह ैर्ा जववाह की संजविा की ह ै; र्ा
(ख) जिसने अपने पजत र्ा अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकर्ा ह ै र्ा जववाह की संजविा की है
उि पि पर जनर्ुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा :
परन्त ु र्दि केन्रीर् सरकार का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्र् पिकार को लाग ू
स्ट्वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेर् ह ैऔर ऐसा करने के जलए अन्र् आधार ह ैंतो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतना से छूट
िे सकेगी I
5. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि.–िहां केन्रीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्र्क र्ा समीचीन ह,ै वहां वह उसके
जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वग ा र्ा प्रवग ा के व्यजिर्ों की बाबत, आिेि
द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी I
6. व्यावजृ त्त.–इन जनर्मों की कोई बात, ऐस े आरिण, आर्ु–सीमा में छूट और अन्र् ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी,
जिनका केंरीर् सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समर्–समर् पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों,
अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन्र् जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूव ा सैजनकों और अन्र् जविेष प्रवग ा के व्यजिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd November, 2023
G.S.R. 821(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in
supersession of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (Technical
Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2009, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment of the post of Technical Assistant in
the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau,
Technical Assistant (Group ‘C’) Recruitment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
2. Number of posts, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.-The number of said post, its classification
and Level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to
these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc. – The Method of recruitment, age-limit,
qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person, having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into a contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any
class or category of persons.
6. Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation in age-limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Casts, the Schedule Tribes, the Other Backward classes, Ex-servicemen and other
special categories of persons, in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time in this
regard.
