Mumbai, the 12th January, 2026
Under clause 7A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008
S.O. 197(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24
of 1989) (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (No.11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby
authorizes the officers mentioned in the Table below as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such
authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in
respect of the Special Railway Project of “Proposed construction of ROBs in lieu of Level Crossing Gates no. 19
at Railway Km 81/6-7, Level Crossing Gates no. 20 at Railway Km 84/2-3, Level Crossing Gates no. 21 at
Railway Km 86/11-12, Level Crossing Gates no. 22 at Railway Km 89/12-13, Level Crossing Gates no. 23 at
Railway Km 92/5-6, Level Crossing Gates No. 25 at Railway Km 95/4-5, Level Crossing Gates No. 26 at Railway[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
