उक्त भूजम के जलये इच्छुक कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र म ेंइस अजधसूर्ना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम
की धारा 20 D की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयुचक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिचन और उपयोग के संबंध में आिेप कर
सकेगा;
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाचत्, उपजिलहाजधकारी (भसू पं ािन) मरे ो सटें र क्र. ३. ठाण,े जिला ठाण े को
जलजखत रुप मे दकया और उसके आधार उपवर्णचत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिपे कता च को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या जवधी
वयवसायी के माध्यम स े सुनवाई का अवसर प्रिान करेगा और ऐसे आिेपों की सुनवाई करन ेतथा ऐसी िांर् करन े के पश्चात ्
यदि कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आििे द्वारा या तो आिेपों को अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा या अननुज्ञात कर

(IN REGARD TO E-GAZETTE NOTIFICATION NO. 740 DATED 13.02.2026, THE SCHEDULE
MENTIONED BELOW SHOULD BE TREATED AS CORRECTED DETAILS IN
PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION)
S.O. 1168(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20 (A) of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (herein after referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (No.11 of 2008), the Central
Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in
schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special
Railway Project, namely, “Kalyan-Igatpuri Section: - Construction of ROB in lieu of Level Crossing No. 69 at
Railway km. 93/0-1 on Kalyan-Igatpuri Section” of Mumbai Division” hereby declares its intention to acquired
such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition)
Metro Centre No. 3, Thane in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the
objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections
and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or
disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20 D of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
