It is hereby notified that:
In the aforementioned notification, the name of the Special Railway Project for which the land is being acquired—specifically, the "Janghai–Pratapgarh–Amethi (87 km) Doubling" Special Railway Project (required for its implementation, maintenance, management, and operation)—shall be deemed to apply to the land situated in the villages of Semari and Babhaniyav, Tehsil Machhlishahr, District Jaunpur, State of Uttar Pradesh; and, consequently, the portion of the Section 20-A notification pertaining to Tehsil: Handia, Village:
Janghai, and District: Prayagraj shall be deemed to be cancelled. [F.
