(1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.
3539(अ) दिनांक 07 अक् टूबर 2020, भारत के रािपत्र स.ं 3132 दिनांक 12 अक् टूबर 2020, म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी,
इस अजधसूचना स ेसंलग्न अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टज भूजम म ेंमध्यप्रिेि राज्य म ें“कांडला-गोरखपुर एल.पी.िी गैस पाइपलाइन
पररयोिना हते ु तहसील हुिरू जिला भोपाल राज्य मध्य प्रिेि म ें एल.पी.िी गैस के पररवहन हते ु आई.एच.बी. जलजमटेड
द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछान े के प्रयोिन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार के अिनज के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ।
और उक्त रािपत्र अजधसूचना की सूचना संबजन्द्धत भ-ू स्ट्वाजमयों को तारीख 26 नवम्बर 2021 तक उपलब्ध करा

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार,उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए
यह घोषणा करती ह ै की इस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनुसूची में जवजनर्िष्टज भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए उपयोग के
अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए,
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह
जनिेि िेती ह ै दक उक्त भूजम म ें उपयोग के अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत होन े के
बिाए, सभी जवल्लंगमों स े मक्तु होकर आई.एच.बी. जलजमटेड म ेंजनजहत होगी,
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए
आई.एच.बी. जलजमटेड पूणतज या उत्तरिायी होगा और पाइपलाइन स े संबजन्द्धत दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार के

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2022
S.O. 828(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of the India in the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas S. O. No 3539(E) dated 07.10.2020 published in the Gazette of the India
Gazette No 3132 dated 12.10.2020 and under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals
Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the
Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying “Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Gas Pipeline
Project” for the transportation of LPG Gas in Tehsil Huzur District Bhopal In the state of Madhya Pradesh
by IHB Limited.
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to
26November 2021.
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act
submitted report to the Central Government;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that
the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule
appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline.
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall instead
of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date publication of the declaration in IHB Limited, free
from all encumbrances.
IHB Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP
Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would be against the Central Government on any matter
relating to the pipeline.
