बजाए, सभी जिल्लगं मो से मक्तु होकर अइ.एच.बी. जलजमटेड में जनजहत होगी,
पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाइन ऄजधजनयम,1962 की धारा 10 के ऄधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तत के जलए
अइ.एच.बी. जलजमटेड पूणतज या ईत्तरदायी होगा और पाआपलाआन से संबजन्द्धत दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार के
जिरुद्ध कोइ दािा या कानूनी कायजिाही नहीं हो सकेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th December, 2021
S.O. 5394(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of the India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O. No 3543(E) dated 27 August 2021 published in the Gazette of the India Gazette No 3250 dated 31
August 2021 and under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of
User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its
intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose
of laying “Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Gas Pipeline Project” for the transportation of LPG Gas in Tehsil Depalpur District
Indore In the state of Madhya Pradesh by IHB Limited.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 29 September 2021
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report
to the Central Government;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land
is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is
hereby acquired for laying the pipeline.
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date publication of the declaration in IHB Limited, free from all encumbrances.
IHB Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962
and no suit claim or legal proceeding would be against the Central Government on any matter relating to the pipeline.
