NH-143D from Km 28.953 to Km 69.209 of the, Km 69.209 to Km 103.756, Km 103.756 to Km 146.436, Km 146.436 to Km 149.953 in the state of Jharkhand- (i) The Competent Authority – District Land Acquisition officer, Gumla shown in Col. No. 2 Against stretch Km 69.209 to 103.756 may be shown in Competent Authority cum Land Record Deputy Collector, Gumla against stretch Km 69.209 to 103.756. Foot Note: The Principal Notification was published vide S.O No. 30 (E) dated 04th January 2023 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 04th January 2023.
