D.L.33004/99/3Corr] अभय िैन, जनििे क 314 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025 S.O. 209(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O. 508 (E) dated the 02nd April, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 2nd April, 2007 and Amendment Gazette No.S.O. 23 ( E) dated the 4th January, 2008 and the Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2125(E) dated the 29th May, 2024 namely: In the preamble of notification S.O. 23 (E) dated the 4th January, 2008, for the words “Special District Revenue officer, Salem”, the words “Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Villupuram” shall be substituted.
