CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 24th July, 2026
S.O. 4097(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 4445(E), dated 11/12/2019 published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).
Additional Sub-Divisional Magistrate, mentioned in column no.2 of Schedule, shall be read as Additional
District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Muzaffarnagar.
