CE-RO/LKO/NH(O)/NH-227A/2021-22/3a/Corr] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 1st December, 2023 S.O. 5122(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the followingamendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.5170 (E) dated the 13thDecember, 2021 and S.O.422 (E) dated the 25thJanuary, 2023 and S.O.828(E) dated the 22nd February, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii): In the Schedule of the notification number S.O.5170 (E), mentioned under Column-2, Serial No. (1), Tahsildar is being replaced by the Additional District Magistrate (F./R.), Deoria and in the notification number S.O.422 (E), underColumn-2,Serial No. (1), Deputy Land Acquisition officer, Deoria is being replaced by the Additional District Magistrate (F./R.), Deoria and the Notification No. S.O. 828(E), Chief Revenue Officer, Deoria, nominated vide section is replaced by the Additional District Magistrate (F./R.), Deoria, as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.
