CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 29th November, 2024
S.O. 5137(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number
S.O.4696 (E) dated 26.10.2023 of the government of India in Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Published in
Gazette of India, Part-II Section-3 Sub-Section (ii);
• In partial modification of the notification S.O. 4696 (E) dated 26.10.2023, for the words “Competent
Authority (Land Acquisition)/City Magistrate, Budaun”, the words “Competent Authority (Land
Acquisition)/ADM (F/R), Budaun” shall be substituted.
