New Delhi, the 6th October, 2023
S.O. 4372(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 541 (E) dated the 09th February,
2022, & S.O. 2451 (E) dated the 30th May, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), namely :- In the schedule of Notification S.O. 541 (E) dated the 09th February, 2022 & S.O. 2451 (E)
dated the 30th May, 2022: – (i) Against District –“Kaimur (Bhabhua) the mentioned in Col. No. 2, at Sl. No. (2) &
Col. No. 2, at Sl. No. (1) “D.C.L.R. Bhabhua (Kaimur)”, shall be read as “D.L.A.O. Bhabhua (Kaimur)”.
