S.O. 4119(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorities the following amendment in
the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry Of Road Transport and Highways number S.O
4005 (E) dated the 25th August 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3,
sub-section (ii) dated the 25th August 2022 namely :- In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification:
Against serial no. 1, relating to CG-JH Border (Saitnagar Toli to Gumla Bypass) section from
(Km. 0.000 to Km. 32.400) section of Bharatmala Project in Gumla District-
(i) The Competent Authority – District Land Acquisition officer, Gumla shown in Col. No. 2
Against stretch Km 0.00 to 32.4 may be shown in Competent Authority cum Land Record Deputy
Collector, Gumla against stretch Km 0.00 to 32.4.
Foot Note: The Principal Notification was published vide S.O No. 4005 (E) dated 25th August
2022 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 25th August 2022.
