S.O. 3885(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the

Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 13th January 2005- namely:
In the Schedule to the said Notification S.O. 51(E) for the words and brackets “District Revenue Officer, Dindigul”.
At S.I No. 2 & “District Revenue Officer, Karur” at S.I No. 3 in Column No. 2,the words “Special District Revenue
Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Dindigul” shall be substituted.
