CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi the 11th November, 2021
S.O. 4695 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport & Highways number S.O.4161(E) dated 8th October, 2021 published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, sub section-(ii), dated 8th October, 2021, namely:-
In the preamble of the aforesaid notification "Competent Authority, namely, Additional District
Magistrate-1, Alwar" the words "Competent Authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer, Kotputli, Jaipur"
shall be substituted.
