NHAI-HQ/11013/2011-LA/Notif./PIU-Villupuram//3Corr] अभय िैन, जनििे क 317 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025 S.O. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O.346 (E) dated the 14th February, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part–II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 14th February, 2011 and Amendment Gazette No.S.O.2684(E) dated the 20th October, 2014 and the Amendment Gazette No.S.O.1330(E) dated the 19th May, 2015 and the Amendment Gazette No.S.O. 2905 (E) dated the 26th October, 2015 namely: In the preamble of notification in S.O.2905 (E) dated the 26th October, 2015, for the words “Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Cuddalore”, the words “Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Villupuram” shall be substituted.
