CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 15th May, 2025
S.O. 2163(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for
the public purpose, the land, is required for building (Two/Four-Six laning), maintenance, management and operation
of Patna-Purnia Expressway from Km. 0+000 to 244+931 Km Section of Greenfield Highway including its
realignment and construction of bypasses in the state of Bihar for the public purpose of maintenance, management
and operation, the land for which land acquisition is required was already published in gazette of India vide S.O. 1197
(E) dated 13th March, 2025. Some errors have been found in the said publication of 3a which are very necessary to be
amended. Therefore, hereby 1197 (E) dated 13th March, 2025 makes the following amendment, namely:-
