CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 24th January, 2023
S.O. 382(E).—In exercise of the powers of conferred by sub-section(1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S. O. 4983(E) dated 20th October, 2022
published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II-Section 3 - Sub-section (ii) dated 20th October, 2022 namely.
In the Preamble to the said Notifications relating to Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) the
entry “Joint Collector, Bapatla” shall be substituted in place of “Cala & Special Deputy Collector(LA), Bapatla” to
perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification
in the Official Gazette.
