S.O. 2925(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India
in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4236(E) dated 26.09.2024 for the work of Widening existing 2L
to 4L with paved shoulder including strengthening the existing carriageway from km 36/0-80/0 of salem-Tirupattur-
vaniyambadi road NH 179A in the State of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section
3, Sub-section (II), 26.09.2024 namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 4476(E) dated 09.12.2020, against serial no. 1 in
column 2 for the entry “District Revenue Office, Dharmapuri” the entry “Special District Revenue Officer, Land
Acquisition, National Highways, Krishnagiri” shall be substituted.
