S.O. 317(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause(a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, here by makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O 6053 dated 29.12.2025 (Principal
Notification) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,Part-II,Section 3 Sub-Section (ii)as per the schedule
given below.
