RW-MD/TN/NH-49Extn/13/2010-11] रािेि गुप् ता, जनिेिक MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 10th January, 2023 S.O. 152(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule in S.O. 5431(E) dated 25.10.2018 for Construction of Atchampathu, Viratipathu Bypass from Km 6.6 to 10.4 of NH-49 Extn (New NH-85) in the district of Madurai in the state of Tamil Nadu. In the preamble to the said Notification,- (a) for the words “Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai,” the words, brackets and letters“Special District Revenue Officer (LA), NH 744A, Madurai” shall be substituted; As per State Government order no.5680/HV1/2022-7,dated 30.12.2022 Special District Revenue Officer (LA), NH 744A, Madurai is the proposed new CALA for the work of Construction of Atchampathu, Viratipathu Bypass from Km 6.6 to 10.4 of NH-49 Extn (New NH-85) in the district of Madurai in the state of Tamil Nadu.
