Act, 1956 [48 of 1956 ] the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Number S.O. 214 (E) Dated the 13th January 2023, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section-3, Sub section(ii), dated the 13th January 2023 namely:- In the said Notification – In the Paragraph 1 1. At 4th and 5th line from above “NH 166 E in the stretch of land from km 0 to km 73.2 (Mumbai Goa Highway Kiranvihar Chiplun 415605)” shall be replaced with “National Highway No.166 E, Guhagar – Chiplun – Helawak Road From Km. 00+00 to 26+890 and From 40+610 to 54+260 Km.” 2. The Tittle of Schedule “NH 166 E in the stretch of land from km 0 to km 73.2 (Mumbai Goa Highway Kiranvihar Chiplun 415605)” shall be replaced with “National Highway No.166 E, Guhagar–Chiplun– Helawak Road From Km. 00+00 to 26+890 and From 40+610 to 54+260 Km.” [F.
