CE-RO/LKO/NH(O)/NH-227A/2021-22] अभय ि न, उप सजचव 1158 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 S.O. 828(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government,Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.5170 (E) dated the 13th December, 2021 and S.O.422 (E) dated the 25th January, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii): In the Schedule of the notification number S.O.5170 (E), mentioned under Column-2, Serial No. (1), Tahsildar is being replaced by the Chief Revenue Officer, Deoria and in the notification number S.O.422 (E), under Column-2, Serial No. (1), Deputy Land Acquisition officer, Deoria is being replaced by the Chief Revenue Officer, Deoria, as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.
