NHAI/LA-2009/Not/3(a)/KRT/BNG ] अभय िैन, उप सजर्व MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 29th March, 2023 S.O. 1512(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O.2983(E) dated 24th November 2009, S.O.4748 (E) dated 7th September 2018, S.O.5505(E) dated 26th October 2018, S.O.2670 (E) dated 7th August 2020, S.O.433 (E) dated 28th January 2021 and S.O.760 (E) dated 17th February 2022 of the Government of India in Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, published in Gazette of India, Part-II Section 3 Sub-Section(ii):-  In partial modification of the Notification S.O.2983 (E) dated 24th November 2009, for the words “Assistant Commissioner, Belgaum Sub-Division, Belgaum” the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHA-1, Belagavi” shall be substituted.  In partial modification of the Notification S.O.4748 (E) dated 7th September 2018 and S.O.5505(E) dated 26th October 2018, the words “Assistant Commissioner and CALA” the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHA-1, Belagavi” shall be substituted.  In partial modification of the Notification S.O.2670 (E) dated 7th August 2020, for the words “Assistant Commissioner, Belgaum” the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHA-1, Belagavi” shall be substituted.  In partial modification of the Notification S.O.433 (E) dated 28th January 2021, for the words “Assistant Commissioner, Belgaum” the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHA-1, Belagavi” shall be substituted.  In partial modification of the Notification S.O.760 (E) dated 17th February 2022, for the words “Assistant Commissioner, Belagavi” the words as “Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHA-1, Belagavi” shall be substituted.
