NHAI/4लेन HSP-CTA/LA/कनागटक/Notif./PIU-जर्त्रदगु /ग NH-50(पुराना NH-13)] अभय िैन, उप सजर्व 1730 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 15th March, 2023 S.O. 1235(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 389(E) dated 15.02.2011 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 1279(E) dated 31.05.2011 & S.O. 182 (E) dated 12.01.2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) namely: In the preamble to the said notification, for the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Hospete”, the words “Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Chitradurga, for the stretch from Km 299.00 to Km 418.750 of NH-50 (Old NH-13)” shall be substituted Note : The principal notification was published vide S.O. 389(E) dated 15.02.2011, S.O. 1279(E) dated 31.05.2017 and S.O. 182 (E) dated 12.01.2018 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).
