CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 28th June, 2023
S.O. 2800(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and
Highways), number of S.O. 772 (E), dated.17th February 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-
II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely;
In the Schedule to the said notification, the competent authority is mentioned as “Special District Revenue
Officer, LA-NH, at Nagercoil” and the same may be read as “Existing Special District Revenue Officer/CALA,
Ramanathapuram”.
