Highways Act. 1956 (48 of 1956). The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number
S.O. 3787(E) Dated 24.08.2023 Published in the Gazette of India. Extraordinary Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section(ii). Makes the following amendments to the notification published on:
In other words In Sl. No. 2 and 3, column 2 (competent authority) of the schedule, instead of "CALA/Sub
Divisional Magistrate", "Additional District Magistrate Pithoragarh" should be read.
