CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 13th August, 2026
S.O. 4498(E) .— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956
(48 of 1956). The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 549(E), dated 06.02.2024 and subsequent
corrigendum S.O. 3833(E), dated 06.09.2024, published in the Gazette of India. Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii).
i. The District Rehabilitation Officer, Palghar, mentioned in column no.2, row no. 2 of Schedule of S.O. 549 (E), dated
06.02.2024 shall be read as Sub-Divisional Officer, Palghar.
ii. The Dy. Collector (Land Acquisition) Surya Project, Dahanu, mentioned in S.O. 3833 (E), dated 06.09.2024 shall be
read as Assistant District Collector, Dahanu.
