762 (ई), दिनांक 17 फरवरी, 2022 तथा -का. आ. 198(ई) दिनांक 17 िनवरी, 2024 िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग–II, खंड–3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थीं, म ेंएतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह:ै— अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th January, 2026 S.O. 66(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.762(E) dated the 17thFebuary, 2022 & S.O.198(E) dated the 17thJanuary, 2024 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II,
section-3, sub-section (ii):
In the Schedule of the notification number S.O.762 (E) & S.O.198 (E) mentioned under Column-2, Serial No.
(1), District Land Acquisition officer (DLAO), Jamtara nominated vide section is being replaced by the District Panchayat Raj officer (DPRO), Jamtara, as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.
