New Delhi, the 19th April, 2021
S.O. 1659(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 3D of the
National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, number S.O. 814 (E) dated 12.02.2019, published in the Gazette of the India Extraordinary,
part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), dated 12.02.2019 and S.O. 1082 (E) Corrigendum published in the
Gazette of the India Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 09.03.2021.
