NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 19th October Under clause 37A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) S.O. 575 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies the “Proposed construction of ROB and LHS in lieu of LC No. 132 at Km 373/13-15 in Pachora Yard on the Igatpuri-Bhusawal Section” as Railway Project under Central Railway and as “Special Railway Project” for acquisition of land in Bhusawal Division in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
