G197/2025/RSP/ROBs & RUBs/July/7A] अवनीि क मार पाण्डये , म ख्य प्रिासजनक अजधकारी (जनमााण) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (CENTRAL RAILWAY) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, 24 July 2025 Under clause 7A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 S.O. 3442(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as the “Competent Authority” to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the “Special Railway Project “of “Proposed construction of ROB & RUB in lieu of level crossing no. 4 at Railway Km 205/7-8, level crossing no. 9 at Railway Km 244/4-5, level crossing no. 10 at Railway Km 229/7-8 on Pune Daund section and level crossing no. 38 at Km. 137/9-10, level crossing no. 43 at Railway Km. 144/9-10 on Pune-Lonavala Section of Pune Division” in the State of Maharashtra relating to Taluka mentioned in column (5) under District Pune of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Projects.
