S.O. 2780(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies “Multi Tracking between Kasara-Manmad (2 x 130.82 Kms)” as
Railway project under Central Railway, under Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in Nashik & Thane
District in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
