और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(क) की उप धारा (4) के अधीन “दैजनक िनसग्रं ाम” और
“दैजनक आवी टाइम्स” म ें तारीख 29मई 2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा और कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए र्े और उन पर
जवचार दकया गया ह ैतर्ा सक्षम अजधकारी द्वारा तदन सार आदेि पाररत कर ददये गए हैं ।
और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 (ड) की उपधारा (1) के अन सरण म ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े अपनी ररपोटड केंरीय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर दी ह ै ।
अतः अब केंरीय सरकार,सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होन े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धरा 20(ड) की
उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए,यह घोषण करती ह ैदक इससे उपाबद्ध अनस ूचीमें जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगी ।
और यह दक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20(ड) दक उप-धारा (2) के अन सरण म ेंयह घोषणा करती ह ै
दक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन े पर इससे उपबद्ध अन सूची म ें जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से मक्त होकर

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 7th January, 2026
Under clause 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008
S.O. 275(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O 1802 (E) dated the 17 April 2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 17 April 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sun-
section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008)
(hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government declares its intention
to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance,
management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Wardha- Nagpur 4th line” in the district of Wardha
in the State of Maharashtra.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapersnamely "Dainik
Jansangram"And "Dainik Arvi Times" Dated 29 May 2025 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, no objections were received and the same have been considered by the competent Authority
accordingly orders have been passed.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report
to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further in pursuance the sub-section (2) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in Central Government free from all encumbrances.
