उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषण करती ह ै कक इसस े उपाबद्ध अन सूची म े जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगी I
और यह कक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम कक धारा 20ड कक उप-धारा (2) के अन सरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 18th February, 2026
Under clause 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008
S.O. 964(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number, S.O 3124(E) dated 8th July 2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-
section (ii), dated the 11th June, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued under sub-section (1)
of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter
referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire
the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance,
management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli-Vaijnath (261 Km.) New Line
Maharashtra” in the district of Beed in the State of Maharashtra.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in for SDO Majalgaon daily Marathi
newspapers namely “Dainik Ranjhunjar” & “Lokasha” on dated 10-08-2025 under sub section (4) of section 20A
of the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands
specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed
hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
