G197/2024/Wardha-Ballarshah 3rd line/Oct/20E] अवनीि क मार पाण्डेय, म खय प्रिासजनक अजधकारी (जनमाचण) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 21st October, 2024 S.O. 4627(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), numbers’ 998(A) dated 08th March 2022 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 21 May 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Wardha (Sewagram) – Ballarshah 3rd line” in the district of Chandrapur in the state of Maharashtra.
