रेलव े(सिं ोधन) अजधजनयम 2008 की धारा 20A के तहत
का.आ. 3603(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, न े रेल अजधजनयम,1989 (1989 का 24), एव ं रेलव े (संिोधन) अजधजनयम
2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह समाधान हो िान े के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण
इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची म े ददया गया ह,ै महाराष्ट्र राज्य के िलगाव, बल ढाणा, अकोला, अमरावती, & वधा ा जिला म ें
“भस ावल-बडनरे ा-वधा ा 3rd और 4th लाईन (313 दकलोमीटर)” की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अन रिण, प्रबंधन,
और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिान करन े के आिय दक घोषणा करती हIै
उक्त भूजम मे जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र म े इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख स े तीस ददन के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम
दक धारा 20घ दक उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्त ा प्रयोिन के जलए एसी भूजम के अिान और उपयोग के संबंध म ेआिेप कर
सकेगा I
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाता उपजवभागीय अजधकारी तर्ा समि प्राजधकारी भसू पं ादन, जतवसा-भातक ली,
जिला अमरावती महाराष्ट्र को जलजखत म े दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णता करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी
आिेपकता ा को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे आिेपों दक

स नवाई करने तर्ा ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात यदद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो
आिेपों को अन ज्ञात कर सकेगा या अननज्ञ ात कर सकेगा I
उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आदिे अंजतम होगा I
इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम का रेखांकन और भजू म के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ै और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम
प्राजधकारी के उपय ाक्त कायाालय मे उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता है I

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 1st July, 2026
Under clause 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008
S.O. 3603(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central
Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given
in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of
Special Railway Project, namely “Bhusawal-Badnera-Wardha 3rd & 4th Line (313 Kms)” in the District of
Jalgaon, Buldhana, Akola, Amravati & Wardha in the State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to
acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Sub-Divisional Officer and land
Acquisition officer, Teosa Bhatkuli District Amravati Maharashtra in writing and shall set out the grounds
thereof, and the Competent Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by
legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the
Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by
