L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-एम.एच.-अ.-23102026-277380 CG-MxHx-xEG-I2D3H1x0x2x0 26-277380 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 5548] नई ददल्ली, ि क्रवार, अक्त बू र 23, 2026/कार्तकज 1, 1948 No. 5548] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026/KARTIKA 1, 1948 रेल मत्रं ालय (मध्य रेलव)े अजधसचू ना म ंबई, 13 अक् तूबर, 2026 रेलव ेअजधजनयम 1989 (24 of 1989) की धारा 20A के तहत का.आ. 5765(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24), (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह समाधान हो िान े के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे ददया गया है, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नागपर जिल े में "इटारसी–नागपर चौथी लाइन (297 दकलोमीटर)" की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अनर िण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अिनज करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती ह ै I 8111 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त भूजम मे जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस ददन के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ दक उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्त ज प्रयोिन के जलए एसी भूजम के अिजन और उपयोग के संबंध म े आिेप कर सकेगा I प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी अथातज अनज वभागीय अजधकारी एव ं भजू म अिनज अजधकारी, पाढं णा,ज जिला- पाढं णा,ज मध्य प्रदेि को जलजखत म े दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णजत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताज को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे आिेपों दक स नवाई करने तथा ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात यदद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अन ज्ञात कर सकेगा या अनन ज्ञात कर सकेगा I उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा I इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम का रेखांकन और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ैऔर जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपयक्त ज कायाजलय मे उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता है I अनस चू ी पररजिष्ट 'अ' रेल्व ेअजधजनयम 1989 (24 of 1989) अनस ार "इटारसी–नागपर चौथी लाइन (297 दकलोमीटर)" 7/12 के भसू ंपादन भजू म सपं ादन गावं का सव ेनं. अनस ार अ.ं क्र. प्रकरण तहसील भूधारक का नाम का ित्रे नाम एक णित्रे क्रमांक. गट न ं प्रकार (हे.आर.) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 13th October, 2026 Under clause 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) S.O. 5765(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Itarsi-Nagpur 4th line (297 Km)” under Central Railway in Nagpur District of the State of Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the said land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Sub-Divisional officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Pandhurna, Dist- Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the Competent Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final.
