का.आ. 973(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकारने रेलव े (संिोधन) अजधजनयम 2008(2008 का 11 वां) (जिसे इसम ें इसके
पश् चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20‘क’ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण
भाग II, खंड 3, उपखडं (ii) तारीख अप्रलै 2024 म ें प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेल्वे बोडड) की अजधसूचना
संखयांक का.आ. 5223 (अ) तारीख 30 दिसंम्बर 2024 (जिसे इसम े इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया ह,ै द्वारा उक्त
अजधसूचना स े उपाबध्ि अनुसचू ी म ें जवजनर्िडष् ट भूजम को, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के वधा ड जिले म ें जविेष रेल परीयोिना अर्ाडत,
वधा ड -यवतमाल- नांिेड नई ब्रॉडगेि रेल्वले ाईन जनष्पािन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजक्षतह,ै ऐसी भूजम
का अिडन करन े के आिय की घोषणा की र्ी I
और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20-क की उपधारा (4) केअधीन िैजनक समाचार पत्रों
अर्ाडत ‘प्रताप गडच े वारे’’ और ‘िैजनक िनमाध्यम’ म ेतारीख 04 िनवरी 2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ाI
और, कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए र् े और उन पर जवचार दकया गया हतै र्ा सक्षम अजधकारी द्वारा तिनुसार आििे
पाररत कर दिय ेगए हIैं

और, उक्त अजधजनयमकी धारा 20-ड की उपधारा(1) के अनसु रण म ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े अपनी ररपोटड केंदद्रय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्त ूत कर िी हIै
अत: अब केंदद्रय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी सेउक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होन े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ड)की
उपधारा (1) व्िारा प्रित् त िक्त ीयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इससे उपाबध्ि अनुसूची म े जवजनर्िडष् ट
भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडतकी िाएगी I
और यह की, केंद्र सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20-ड दक उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै
की रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन े पर इसम ें उपाबध्ि अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िडष् ट भूजम सभी जवलगं मो स े मुक्त
होकर केंदद्रय सरकार म ेंअत्य ादं कत रुप स े जनहीत हो िाएगी I

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 20th February, 2025
S.O. 973(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number.S.O. 5223(A)dated 30 December 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part
II, section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 04.01.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under
sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the
said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project,
namely “Wardha Yavatmal Nanded New BG Railway Line”in the district of Wardha in the state of Maharashtra.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely
“Pratapgadache Ware” And “Dainik Janmadhyam” Dated 04 January 2024 under sub section (4)of section 20A of
the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received and the same have been considered by the competent Authority
accordingly orders have been passed;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
reporttothe Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section(1) of section 20E of the said act, the Central Government here by declares that the lands specified in
the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the afore said purpose;
And Further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government here by
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette; the land specified in the schedule annexed
here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government Free from all encumbrances.
