Under clause 37A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008
S.O. 3745(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies i) Kherwadi Railway station development of circulating
area of Goods shed in UP direction for holding passengers during Kumbh Mela traffic in 2027 ii)
Devlali - Provision of C&W examination and stabling facilities for Kumbh Mela 2027” iii) Odha
station - Provision of stabling lines for handling Kumbh Mela traffic in 2027” Railway project under Special
