Under clause 37A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008
S.O. 2885(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies “(i)Construction of 2 lane ROB & LHS in lieu of LC gate
no. 36A, in Village-Malvali, Tal-Maval, District-Pune Pune-Lonavala section (ii)Construction of 2 lane ROB & LHS
in lieu of LC gate no.45, in Village-Kanhe Tal-Maval, District-Pune of Pune-Lonavala section (iii)Construction of
LHS in lieu of LC gate no.2, in Village-Hadapsar, Tal-Haveli, District-Pune of Pune-Daund section (iv) Construction
of 2 lane ROB & LHS in lieu of LC gate no.8, in Village-Koregaon-Mul, Tal-Haveli, District-Pune of Pune-Daund
section (v) Construction of ROB in lieu of LC no.05 in Village-Kharadewadi & Tadwale , Taluka-Phaltan, Dist-Satara
