Under clause 37A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
S.O. 4061(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies “PH-16:- Provision of 1 additional Goods line adjacent to
existing UP side goods shed line & both line connectivity to UP ML at MAGH End, short shunting neck at
MAGH End etc at BPQ station” Railway project under “Special Railway Project” for acquisition of land in
Chandrapur District Village/Taluka Ballarpur in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for
a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
