S.O. 3612(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies “Ajanta Caves Rail Connectivity from Jalna to Jalgaon (174
Kms)” Railway project under Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in Jalgaon, Aurangabad & Jalna
Districts in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
