NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 19th October Under clause 7A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) S.O. 57 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as “Competent Authority” to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project “PH-53:- Land Acquisition Requirement for the work “Construction of new Goods Shed at Ballarshah (NSG-3) station on the DN Line of Nagpur Division” Railway project under “Special Railway Project” District Chandrapur Village/Taluka Ballarpur in the state of Maharashtra Mentioned in Column of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, Management and operation of such special Railway Project.
