S.O. 3996(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24
of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in
column (2) of the table below as “Competent Authority” to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project
“PH-30: - Elimination of LC-11, LC-14 & LC-15 by providing subway by push through method at Rly. Kms
685/10-11, 695/09-10 & 698/16-17 resp. between BD-CNDB section” Taluka Mentioned in Column of the said table
